Come breathe with me!
BREATHWORK
Breathwork is a beautiful somatic practice that has the power to elevate, heal and transform.
The breathwork I offer is a journey that involves the somatic process of breathing to shift energy, emotions, improve health, invite transformation and heal. It’s a journey of breath, body and music.
I am currently offering FREE group sessions and a special introductory offer for individual sessions.

What is breathwork?
Breathwork is a somatic modality using different breath patterns. Consciously using your breath is key to releasing tension, stress, emotions, helping you access different emotional states, shifting the energy from within your body and offering lots of ongoing health benefits.
Depending on the intention of the session, breathwork can energise and invigorate you, can help your body return to homeostasis, or take you to a different planet. It’s possible you will be able to access different states of consciousness so you can create clarity and tap into your intuition. Every person and every session holds a different experience.
I still believe in mindset (top down) and I have discovered the power of the somatic (bottom up). Together they deepen our ability to transform and heal sustainably.
I will teach you different breath patterns, inviting you to breath, possibly move and maybe make sound. We will be breathing for extended periods of time (often 20 minutes or more) and you will be accessing your nervous system.
I use breathwork for relaxation, nurturing and transformation. I am so excited to be able to offer a somatic experience to my clients and your clients too.
“thanks for yesterday - for the session, and the lift. Loved it!”
“I don't have the words to express my gratitude to Nicky. A beautiful person who shared her time and talent with us. She provided a room full of love, peace and restoration. Thank you so much Nicky.
“I met with a beautiful parent on Friday who attended the online meet up you facilitated themed "Holding Space". She loved it. The content was relatable without deep emotion and the kind and thoughtful delivery. She said she could listen to your calm and kind voice all day, and the breathwork at the end was amazing. She slept better than she has for years. ”
“My breathwork session with Nicky was so relaxing and truly transformative. From the moment we began, Nicky's presence and expertise as a facilitator created such a safe and relaxing environment, allowing me to fully commit to the journey. I felt completely at ease, which enabled me to connect with emotions that were buried deeper than I could ever access in my regular busy life. I deeply appreciated Nicky's gentle yet powerful approach. I left the session feeling an incredible sense of hope and clarity, and I highly recommend her to anyone seeking profound emotional connection and inner peace!”

How to prepare for your breathwork session:
You can bring an intention to the session if you want. I suggest you have an empty stomach to maximize your comfort. You are welcome to use headphones and an eye mask. You can also bring a journal and a pen to jot down any ah-has at the end of the session.
If you are joining online, I invite you to set up your space so it’s comfortable, and feels safe. You might want to light a candle, use essential oils, bring a blanket and a pillow. It’s up to you.
You will need to set up your computer or phone in a way that I can see your face and chest while you are breathing.
